Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the SeerAI app and website, published by Bilal Bitar. By creating an account or using SeerAI, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least [TODO: minimum user age] years old to use SeerAI.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, analyse and display that content only to provide SeerAI to you — including sending it to our service providers such as the Google Gemini API, and showing shared matches to the participants of a court session.

You are responsible for the footage you record and upload. Before uploading, you must:

  • have the right to record and upload the footage; and
  • have the consent of the people who appear in it (and, for minors, of their parent or guardian) where the law requires it, including consent to AI analysis of their images, voices and physical descriptions.

5. AI results are estimates

Stats, key moments, highlight clips, player descriptions, transcripts and chat answers are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are estimates only. Do not rely on them for important decisions.

SeerAI does not provide medical, fitness, coaching or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such advice.

6. Third-party AI

Match videos (including audio) and frames are processed by the Google Gemini API. Your use of SeerAI means you agree to this processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • upload content that is illegal, or that you do not have the right to upload;
  • upload content that harasses, exploits or infringes the rights of others;
  • try to access other users’ accounts or data without permission;
  • interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; or
  • use the service in breach of any applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using SeerAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

SeerAI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilal Bitar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of SeerAI. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
