Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the SeerAI app collects, why, who processes it, and how you can delete it. SeerAI is published by Bilal Bitar, an individual developer based in Qatar.

Summary

  • We collect what we need to run your account and analyse your matches.
  • No ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell your data.
  • Your match videos (including audio) are sent to the Google Gemini API for AI analysis.
  • You can delete your account and data at any time from the app. See Delete your account.

Data we collect

Account information

  • First name, last name, email address, phone number and username.
  • Your password, which is stored only in hashed form.
  • The date you accepted our Terms.
  • One-time email verification codes, which are held only temporarily in memory.

Match content

  • Match videos you record or import, including their audio.
  • Images of players (cropped from your videos).
  • AI-generated results: match stats, key moments, highlight clips, and physical descriptions of players (height, build, hair and clothing). We do not collect skin tone.
  • For padel: questions you ask the AI chat, its answers, and match transcripts.
  • Court sessions: when several phones record the same match, your account is linked to that shared match.

Messages

  • Support and feedback messages you send us.

Technical data

  • Server error logs: IP address, user agent, the requested path and the request body (passwords are masked).
  • Error alerts containing the requested path and the error message, which are sent to the developer through Telegram.

What stays on your device

  • Voice markers (iOS): speech recognition for the “Seer” voice marker runs on your device. Only the timestamps of the markers are sent to us, never the recognised speech.
  • Motion sensor: used only to orient your video correctly.
  • Camera, microphone and photos: used to record matches and to import videos you choose.

How we use your data

  • To create and secure your account and verify your email address.
  • To analyse your matches and show you the results.
  • To let participants of a shared court session see that match.
  • To answer your support and feedback messages.
  • To detect and fix errors in the service.

We do not show ads, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

Third-party AI processing (Google Gemini)

To analyse a match, your match video (including its audio) and frames taken from it are sent to the Google Gemini API. Copies of videos uploaded to Gemini are deleted within 24 hours.

Service providers

We use the following providers to run SeerAI:

  • Google Cloud Storage — stores match videos, player images and highlight clips in private storage. The app accesses them through time-limited links.
  • Google Gemini API — AI analysis of match videos and frames.
  • MongoDB Atlas — database for accounts and match results.
  • OneSignal — sends verification emails.
  • Telegram — internal error alerts sent to the developer.

Sharing

When you record a match in a court session with other people, the participants and collaborators of that session can see the shared match, including its video, player images and stats.

Retention

  • Account data and matches are kept until you delete the match or your account.
  • Copies of videos uploaded to Google Gemini are deleted within 24 hours.
  • Server error logs are kept for [TODO: server log retention period].

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app. Deletion is permanent and signs you out immediately:

  • Matches that are not shared, and all of their videos, images and AI data, are permanently deleted.
  • Matches shared through a court session are transferred to another participant, and the links to your identity are removed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, or to object to how it is processed. To make a request, email hello@seerai.app from the email address registered to your account.

Children

SeerAI is not intended for anyone under [TODO: minimum user age]. If you believe such a person has created an account, please contact us.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, and match media is kept in private storage that is only reachable through time-limited links. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
